elementor - v3.15.0 - 02-08-2023 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#69727d;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#69727d;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p class=\" translation-block\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dikaiologitika.gr\/eidhseis\/oikonomia\/406028\/eksoikonomo-anakainizo-vgike-kai-episima-o-odigos-gia-na-kanete-to-spiti-sas -san-kainoyrgio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">official guide published today<\/a> by the Ministry of Environment , for each project that will be submitted and subsidized under the program, the minimum <strong>energy-environmental goal<\/strong> is defined as follows:<\/p><p>1. primary energy savings of at least 30%<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">2. upgrade of the energy category based on PEA by at least three (3) energy classes compared to the existing classification (or <strong>mandatory B' class<\/strong> in the case of a radical renovation) if it is an upgrade of building infrastructure that falls under the provisions of Law 4122\/2013.<\/p><p>The documentation of the necessity of energy upgrading interventions results from\u00a0<strong>Energy Performance Certificate<\/strong>\u00a0(\u03a0\u0395\u0391).<\/p><h6>Who is eligible to participate in the program?<\/h6><p>Entitled to participate in the Program are natural persons born from\u00a0<strong>01\/01\/1984<\/strong>\u00a0\u03ad\u03c9\u03c2 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9\u00a0<strong>31\/12\/2005<\/strong>\u00a0\u03bc\u03b5 \u03b5\u03bc\u03c0\u03c1\u03ac\u03b3\u03bc\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf \u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03af\u03c9\u03bc\u03b1 \u03c3\u03b5 \u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03bb\u03ad\u03be\u03b9\u03bc\u03b7 \u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><p class=\" translation-block\">The right in rem (full ownership \/ usufruct \/ small ownership) of the applicant should exist in the reference year of the Scheme (<strong>tax year 2021<\/strong>), as at the time of application.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">In case of <strong>freehold \/ leasehold<\/strong> in an eligible residence, the applicant (eligible as per the age criteria) should have <strong>right in rem of full ownership \/ usufruct<\/strong> (fee ownership excluded) .<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">To be included in the \"<strong>Renovate<\/strong>\" strand, the applicant (eligible according to the age criteria) should have <strong>100% full ownership \/ usufructuary right in rem (excluding petty ownership).<\/p><h6>Subsidy rates depending on income<\/h6><p>When submitting an application, applicants are classified for the needs of the Program in the following income categories:<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">In order to be included in \"Renovate\", in addition to the income criterion, the total real estate of the applicant must not exceed the amount of \u20ac300,000 according to the declaration of real estate data (E9).<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>The subsidy rate is graduated<\/strong>, depending on the income category to which the applicant belongs and is defined as follows:<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dikaiologitika.gr\/images\/2022\/10\/%CE%B7%CE%B3%CE%B7%CE%B3%CE%B7%CE%B3.JPG\" alt=\"\u0395\u039e\u039f\u0399\u039a\u039f\u039d\u039f\u039c\u03a9 \u0391\u039d\u0391\u039a\u0391\u0399\u039d\u0399\u0396\u03a9\" width=\"700\" height=\"320\" data-imagetype=\"External\" \/><\/p><p>In the context of the Program, the annual individual or family \"income\" includes the Total Declared Income, the Exempt and Independent Taxable Incomes as well as the Added Difference of Objective Expenses, of all the members of the applicant's family. The above incomes result from the Tax Determination Act of the cleared tax year 2021 declaration. Especially in the event that there is no obligation to submit an income tax declaration and this is documented by a copy of the relevant responsible declaration, the income is considered NIL.<\/p><p>If the applicant is married or if it is a single-parent family, the classification in the categories of table 1 is based on the \"family income\" column. To calculate the family income, the data of the TAXIS system are used and the incomes of the person liable to submit the income tax return, the spouse and the children who have been declared as dependent members in said return and who may submit a separate tax return, are added up.<\/p><p>If in the context of a married relationship or the existence of a cohabitation agreement, which is declared in the TAXIS Tax Registry, separate tax returns are submitted, the individual incomes are added together and reduced to \"family income\".<\/p><p>If the application is submitted by a person who has been declared as a dependent child in a \"family\" tax return and declares the same income, the classification in the categories of table 1 is done by including the total income of the family to which he belongs, as above.<\/p><p>If the applicant (in the case of a family\/MSA, and\/or the spouse\/MSA) is a tax resident abroad, his income will be derived from the sum of his Greek \"income\" within the meaning of the Program and the total declared income earned in country of Tax Residence, for the reference year.<\/p><h6>The conditions for participation - Who is excluded<\/h6><ul><li>For each eligible natural person (for each TIN applicant) it is possible\u00a0<strong>\u03b7 \u03c5\u03c0\u03bf\u03b2\u03bf\u03bb\u03ae \u03bc\u03cc\u03bd\u03bf \u03bc\u03af\u03b1\u03c2 (1) \u03b1\u03af\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>For each eligible residence of the current Program you must\u00a0<strong>\u03bd\u03b1 \u03c5\u03c0\u03bf\u03b2\u03bb\u03b7\u03b8\u03b5\u03af \u03bc\u03af\u03b1 (1) \u03bc\u03cc\u03bd\u03bf\u03bd \u03b1\u03af\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li class=\" translation-block\">A residence, with an active application in one of the energy upgrading programs, \"Ecoconomisi kat Oikon II\" and \"Ecoconomi-Autonomo\" and \"Ecoconomi 2021\", <strong>does not have the right to submit to the current program<\/strong>. An exception is the case of a \"type B\" multi-family housing application apartment of the \"Save - Self-Employment\" Program, for which an application may be submitted as an individual apartment in the current Program.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>It is not possible to apply for Renew only, while participation in Save is a prerequisite for applying for Renew.<\/li><\/ul><h6>Call us with any
