In any case, the declaration must show the name and tax identification number of the person who will use the building as their main residence.<\/p><p>\u2013 Building permit or settlement of arbitrariness.<\/p><p>\u2013 First Energy Performance Certificate.<\/p><ul><li><strong>What are the income criteria?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>There are 4 income categories defined for the \"Save\" section:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>up to 5,000 euros annual individual income or 10,000 family income<\/li><li>5,000-10,000 euros annual individual income or 10,000-20,000 family income<\/li><li>10,000-20,000 euros annual individual income or 20,000-30,000 family income<\/li><li>20,000-30,000 euros annual individual income or 30,000-50,000 family income<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>For \"Renovate\" the income limit is 20,000 euros<\/strong> for everyone and in addition the total real estate of the applicant must not exceed 300,000 euros.<\/p><ul><li><strong>What are the key elements of the program?<\/strong><\/li><li>The building should have a primary use as\u00a0<strong>\u03c7\u03ce\u03c1\u03bf\u03c2 \u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1\u03c2<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>The main use of the residence is derived from the data of the user's income tax return within the last three years, with priority given to the reference year (tax year 2021). In the event that from the data of the income tax return, for the reference year, it appears that the property was not in use (vacant apartment, vacant detached house) in the tax year in question, for the certification of the main use of the residence, corresponding supporting documents from one of the two previous tax years.<\/p><p>If the residence has been acquired after 31.12.2021 (\"recently acquired\" property), a written commitment for the main use of the residence will be requested.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Short-term rental properties are not eligible<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Applications related to energy upgrading\/renovation of an apartment building are not eligible.<\/li><li>Only one application can be submitted for each eligible natural person (for each applicant TIN).<\/li><li>Only one application must be submitted for each eligible residence of the current Program. A residence, with an active application in one of the energy upgrade programs, \"Home Savings II\" and \"Save-Autonomous\" and \"Save 2021\", does not have the right to submit to the current program. An exception is the case of a \"type B\" multi-family housing application apartment of the \"Save - Self-Employment\" Program, for which an application may be submitted as an individual apartment in the current Program.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Which residence is considered eligible?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>A residence, to be considered eligible, should be\u00a0<strong>\u03bc\u03bf\u03bd\u03bf\u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03af\u03b1 \u03ae \u03bc\u03b5\u03bc\u03bf\u03bd\u03c9\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03bf \u03b4\u03b9\u03b1\u03bc\u03ad\u03c1\u03b9\u03c3\u03bc\u03b1<\/strong>\u00a0\u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03bd\u03b1:<\/p><ul><li>It exists legally.<\/li><li>It has not been deemed demolishable.<\/li><li>It is used as a main residence.<\/li><li>To be classified in an energy class category lower than or equal to C, based on the Energy Performance Certificate (PEA).<\/li><\/ul><p>The goal of the program is to save primary energy by at least 30% and upgrade the energy category based on PEA by at least three energy classes compared to the existing classification.<\/p><ul><li><strong>What is the maximum intervention budget?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>In the \"Save\" Section<\/strong>, the maximum eligible energy upgrade intervention budget cannot exceed:<\/p><p>a) the product of 1.00 Euro times the total estimated annual primary energy savings (kWh) as derived from the A \u0301 Energy Performance Certificate,<\/p><p>b) the product of 220 Euros on the surface of the main premises as it appears from form E9, c)\u00a0<strong>\u03c4\u03b9\u03c2 22.500 \u03b5\u03c5\u03c1\u03ce.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>In the \"Renovate\" Section<\/strong>\u00a0\u03bf \u03b1\u03bd\u03ce\u03c4\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf\u03c2 \u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03cb\u03c0\u03bf\u03bb\u03bf\u03b3\u03b9\u03c3\u03bc\u03cc\u03c2 \u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03b5\u03bc\u03b2\u03ac\u03c3\u03b5\u03c9\u03bd \u03b1\u03bd\u03b1\u03ba\u03b1\u03af\u03bd\u03b9\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2, \u03b4\u03b5\u03bd \u03bc\u03c0\u03bf\u03c1\u03b5\u03af \u03bd\u03b1 \u03c5\u03c0\u03b5\u03c1\u03b2\u03b1\u03af\u03bd\u03b5\u03b9:<\/p><p>a) the product of 75 Euros on the surface of main premises as it appears from form E9, b)\u00a0<strong>\u03c4\u03b9\u03c2 10.000 \u03b5\u03c5\u03c1\u03ce.<\/strong><\/p><p>*\u00a0<strong>What does \"Save\" finance?<\/strong><\/p><p><u>The \"Save\" section includes:<\/u><\/p><ul><li>the replacement of frames,<\/li><li>the external thermal insulation,<\/li><li>the heating-cooling systems,<\/li><li>the domestic hot water supply systems,<\/li><li>the Smart Home devices,<\/li><li>simple household electrical appliances, which were foreseen in the separate \"Recycle - Change Appliance\" program.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>What does the \"Renew\" program finance?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><u>The renovate part includes:<\/u><\/p><ul><li>renovation of bathrooms and replacement of sanitary ware,<\/li><li>renovation of kitchen areas,<\/li><li>entrance door replacement,<\/li><li>replacement and repairs of electrical installations,<\/li><li>plumbing replacement and repairs,<\/li><li>replacement of floor surfaces,<\/li><li>coatings and repairs of structural elements.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Can I just do the renovation?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>It is not possible to apply for \"Renew\" only, while participation in \"Save\" is a condition for applying for \"Renew\".<\/p><ul><li><strong>Can a loan be given?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Yes. It is possible to obtain a low-interest renovation loan with favorable terms and to subsidize interventions to save and improve energy efficiency.<\/p><p><em><strong>SOURCE:
