According to article 18 of Law 4915/2022 (Government Gazette 63/A – 24/03/2022) there is once again the possibility of submitting declarations of data to determine the area or the use of real estate. Those liable in a statement to determine the area or the use of a property, in order to calculate taxes, fees and contributions to the OTAs. 1st degree, who have not yet submitted or have submitted an inaccurate declaration, submit a declaration with the correct information, at the latest by 06/30/2022. Those submitting the declaration of par. 1 are obliged to pay the fees corresponding to the correct square meters, calculated from 1.1.2020 (01/01/2022), until the date of the declaration, with a penalty of twenty percent (20%) on of the amount resulting from the difference in the square meters of this space.

From Tuesday, 26/04/2022 until 30/06/2022, the electronic "PLATFORM FOR CORRECTION DECLARATION T.M. REAL ESTATE TO MUNICIPALITIES" at https://tetragonika.govapp.gr/ and will accepts electronic statements.

The process of submitting and monitoring the statement remains the same.
