4. Preparation of technical report of required works and detailed budget.
5. Obtain any permit required for the construction of the project
6. Construction based on a specific schedule by certified subcontractors.
7. Use of certified materials by reputable companies - partners.
8. On-site supervision by the company's engineer, in each phase of the project.
