Architectural studies of restorations
Our office undertakes the restoration of traditional buildings and ensembles. The selected manipulations aim at protecting and highlighting the architecture of the existing buildings while ensuring their functionality. The morphological completeness and compatibility of the outer shell with the requirements arising from the new uses are a central element of the restoration study.
This process requires, first of all, the deep knowledge and respect for the cultural and cultural environment as well as the architectural heritage of the listed buildings. Adopting from a wide range of modern practices, buildings become re-sustainable as damaged, old shells come to life again.
