If you own real estate in areas of the Regional Unit of Arcadia in the Region of Peloponnese (see detailed areas below), Tuesday, October 25, 2022 is the start date of Land Registry Posting details.
Until Tuesday, December 27, 2022, (or Tuesday, February 28, 2023if you are a resident abroad), after updating your contact details, on the website ktimatologio.gov.gr, you can check and confirm or correct your property record, thus avoiding court settlements that cost time, money and inconvenience. Specifically you should see and check:

• The description and legal information of your properties (Land Table) 
• The boundaries of your parcels (Cadastre Chart)

If you do not agree with any of the information, you can submit a correction request (by Tuesday 27 December 2022, (or Tuesday 28 February 2023 if you are resident abroad ), online at www.ktimatologio.gr or at the land registry office, by appointment.

In case you have not declared your real estate in the Land Registry , you still have time to do it online at www.ktimatologio.gr or at the land registry office by appointment.
